linq is an expense preparation tool. We help you organise receipts and expenses for your accountant. We are the preparation layer — we do not provide tax advice, lodge tax returns, or act as a registered tax agent. Always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax decisions.
We aim to keep linq available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. During the invite-only phase, access may be limited or revoked at our discretion.
linq is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
You own your data. We own the linq software, design, and brand. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service (OCR, classification, storage, display). We do not claim ownership of your receipts or financial data.
You can stop using linq at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for 12+ months. On termination, we retain your data for 30 days (for recovery), then delete it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
